As a primarily vaginal user when it comes to fantasy dildos, I find myself put off by a lot of the knotted dildo designs out there. The knots are too big or protrude to much or are located too far down the shaft for me to even reach the knot. So when I first saw the Wolf Druid dildo by Fiery Faerie toys, I instantly added it to my wishlist of toys. I loved the swirling design, the gentle knot, the shaft swell. I really, really wanted one.
I won’t lie, posting this review feels a little bit cruel. Fiery Faerie recently announced on BlueSky that they are closing their customs indefinitely, and there are only a few Wolf Druids left in their inventory. I promise I don’t mean to be a tease, I just want to show some support for a truly lovely European indie toy company as they go through a hard time.
I often reach out to indie shops when I’m reviewing their toys to do a short written interview to help me write a bio about them to include in my first review of a shop. Because of their post, I did not reach out so as to avoid putting any further stress on their shoulders. Should they return to making toys, I hope to reach out so I can amend this review in the future!

Encounter the Wolf Druid by Fiery Faerie
The design on Wolf Druid is quite lovely, with a raised swirling pattern that moves from the base up the shaft, with small flowers sprinkled in. It’s a slightly canine design, with a pointed tip leading to a slight ridge, with a knot further down the shaft. The silhouette of the toy has lots of curves, though it’s not a fully symmetrical design. The swirling pattern and flowers do not match on the left and right sides of the shaft, which may be noticeable or distracting to some users. The original design is by Anate224, a 3D sculptor on Twitter/X.
I got a size medium Wolf Druid in medium 00-50 firmness. The 00-50 has a good amount of squish and retains it’s shape at a 90degree angle with some droop, but it’s pretty minimal. The size medium has the following dimensions:
- Total length: 7.1″ / 18cm
- Insertable length: 6.3″ / 16cm
- Upper shaft circumference: 5.3″ / 13.4cm
- Knot circumference: 6″ / 15.3cm
- Lower shaft circumference: 4.7″ / 12cm
- Upper shaft diameter: 1.7″ / 4.3cm
- Knot diameter: 2.1″ / 5.2cm
- Lower shaft diameter: 1.5″ / 3.8cm
- O-ring size:

Care Instructions for Fiery Faerie Wolf Druid Dildo
Silicone can have a sticky or tacky surface finish, which dust, lint, dirt, and hair may stick to, which is why I always recommend that you wash your toys both before and after each use. Because Fiery Faerie makes all of their toys with platinum cured silicone, they’re all really easy to clean! All you’ll need is warm water and an unscented, antibacterial soap. Specialty toy cleaners can be used, but they’re just expensive soap and not a necessity. Dish soap or hand soap is fine, just make sure it’s unscented and check the ingredients list for anything ending in “-cone.” If there are any ingredients that end in “-cone,” skip that soap, as it contains silicone and may damage the surface of your toy.
Another great thing about platinum cured silicone is that it can be fully sanitized! You may wish to sanitize a toy if you’re planning on selling or trading, allowing a non-fluid bound partner to use it, or maybe it’s just time for a deep clean. Whatever the reason, here are a few options for how to sanitize platinum cured silicone:
- Place on a lined baking sheet in a pre-heated oven set to 350F/180C and bake for 10 minutes
- Soak in a 1:10 bleach:water mixture for about 10 minutes
- Boil in water, using silicone cooking utensils to make sure the toy is not resting against the sides or base of the pot
- Run through the dishwasher on a sanitize setting without detergent
Though silicone is a pretty durable material, it can still be damaged! To avoid damaging it, only store platinum cured silicone with other toys made with platinum cured silicone. Do not store it against jelly, TPE, rubber, or silicone blends, as this may damage the toy permanently. This also includes storing in a bag that previously held a toy made with those materials, as the residue may still be found in the bag.

My Experiences with Wolf Druid and Fiery Faerie
Earlier this year, I used my monthly dildo budget to purchase a custom Wolf Druid dildo from Fiery Faerie. I’d had my eyes on the model, wanting a knotted dildo and not really loving a lot of the designs on the market. Wolf Druid, however, had a really beautiful design and I loved the swirling pattern and flowers on the shaft and base.
I had an idea in mind for a champagne and pale, bubblegum pink coloration, and hoped for a marble-y ribbon-y pour. They let me know that the colors were a little too close in tone and may not have a good “pop” between them, so they ended up mixing some additional shades into the two colors. I hadn’t expected that level of attention, and when they sent me pictures of it for me to approve before sending, I was already quite pleased. This was the second time an indie toy company sent me preview pictures of a pour to approve before shipping, something that continues to surprise me each time it happens!
They customized a slightly darker, bright pink for the hand-painted flowers too, which really pop from the more delicate colors of the rest of the silicone. The hand-painting is crisp and practically flawless. I really love how it came out, and if they decide to return to making customs, I can’t wait to order the Unicorn with some hand painting on it as well.

Using Wolf Druid, and having it used on me, was perfectly pleasurable for me. I really like the small head for easy insertion. The upper shaft has a bit of a swell shape to it that gives me a nice feeling of fullness, but once the knot is inserted? That feeling of fullness feels “locked in” and drives me wild. I’m a big fan of that “locked in” feeling of fullness, especially when it comes to inserting a toy and leaving it untouched while I use a vibrator externally. Wolf Druid is great for cockwarming, especially if I’m aroused enough to take it to the hilt.
Hilting with Wolf Druid is a delight every time for me. When it comes to solo play with Wolf Druid, the combination of hilting and cockwarming is very filling. I don’t have a lot of knotted dildos in my collection that I am able to take to the hilt, partially due to insertable length, partially due to knot size. I have a few knotted toys in my collection, but I’m only able to hilt with Wolf Druid, Uncover Creations’ size small Equiknot, and Top Notch Dongs’ small Kisu (which I haven’t reviewed yet).
Thanks to my thick thighs and the size of the base, I was able to keep the canine fantasy dildo inserted without pushing it out as my muscles squeezed during orgasm. It ended up resulting in multiple orgasms, sometimes even rolling orgasms that just kept coming. I can’t remember the last time I had a non-motorized toy get me to the point of rolling orgasms, so I was in shock that it happened with Wolf Druid.

I did not get a suction cup base for the fantasy dildo, though I really wish that I had because I think riding Wolf Druid would be a lot more stable without the need of a double-sided suction cup. My size medium double-sided suction cup from LustArts did the trick quite nicely, but as usual, it acted more as a hinge when I tried using it with my suction cup ergonomic handle.
During partner play, having this fantasy dildo thrust into me repeatedly is a crazy stimulating sensation that I can’t get enough of. Starting slow and warming up to the knot is always my go-to when I haven’t had any penetration or anything inserted prior to taking Wolf Druid. However, taking it after receiving penetration, I was able to take the entire length in one go. It was a lot, but in a really pleasurable way.
The raised swirling pattern with flower texture is noticeable. It’s not super raised, but it’s raised enough that I was able to feel parts of the swirls during use. Some of the patterns are vertical, which I find less stimulating than horizontal texture, but they swirl around so there’s some horizontal or diagonal texture. I can see how some people would be overstimulated by it, particularly those who are very sensitive to texture. I personally enjoyed the texture, even when the dildo was repeatedly thrust into me.

Cassie did try the Wolf Druid in her strap-on harness and found that it handled nicely as she used it on me. I did not try the toy on her, as the size medium is a little too small for my size queen wife.
I also did not try the fantasy dildo anally, as the circumference is outside of my range of comfortable sizing for anal. I imagine anal users would enjoy knotting with the Wolf Druid dildo, particularly though who want a more gentle knot rather than a knot that protrudes more. The texture on the lower shaft also looks like it would be quite stimulating against the sphincter, especially in a firmer density, like 10A.
Pros:
- easy to clean and sanitize
- made with platinum cured silicone
- gentle knot shape is good for a feeling of fullness
- moderately textured design
- pointed tip is easy to insert
- 9 sizes available ranging from XS to 5XL
Cons:
- Fiery Faerie is currently on an indefinite hiatus from customs
- soft silicone has a sticky/tacky finish
- silicone can attract dust, hair, lint, etc, which sticks to the surface

Final Thoughts on Fiery Faerie Wolf Druid
I can’t stop swooning over my custom Wolf Druid fantasy dildo by Fiery Faerie. I’m so glad that I ordered it, especially now that they are on an indefinite hiatus. I truly hope they return, as I have my eyes on The Swirl, The Unicorn, The Faun and The Phoenix if they do return. Their pour styles and colors are lovely, their designs are gorgeous, and their hand-painting is stunning. The dildo itself is really pleasurable for both thrusting and cockwarming, and I love the fullness it provides.
Fiery Faerie toys is on a hiatus from making custom toys, and I do not have an affiliate link for their store. They do have several Wolf Druids left in their inventory, so get one while you can!

I purchased this toy on my own. I have no affiliation with Fiery Faerie in any capacity.
