How to Use G Squeeze
Using the G Squeeze by SquarePegToys is quite easy! Start with a small amount of your preferred water-based lubricant. You don’t need a lot, as too much lube can make the pussy plug slide out quite easily. To insert the plug, you can either fold it vertically or leave it open. Squat or lay in a comfortable position and slowly insert the plug. You’ll experience a feeling of fullness after insertion that may take some getting used to. Much like training other muscles, you may need to train yourself to wear it for long periods of time. Start by wearing it for 15-30 minutes the first time and gradually increase how long you keep it inside each time you insert it.
Unlike kegal balls, you may find it difficult to keep a pussy plug inserted or you may feel that it is sliding out on its own. This is normal!! I recommend wearing shape wear, tight fitting yoga pants or bike shorts, or tight fitting panties (not a thong!).
While pleasure isn’t the only purpose of a pussy plug, let’s talk about how to use it for pleasure!
Solo Play
There are a few ways to use the SquarePegToys G Squeeze for solo pleasure!
- I mentioned earlier that you can use an egg vibrator with the G Squeeze. Prior to insertion, place the egg into the scoop of the plug and carefully squeeze the plug around the egg while slowly inserting. In my opinion, this works best with something like a Lovense Lush or OhMiBod Esca (pictured), but you could also make this work with the Blooming Bliss egg or the Vedo Kiwi. I personally recommend something with a remote control or app control so that you can get it inserted before turning on the vibrations!
- Insert the G Squeeze and rock your hips back & forth, moving around in such a way that the plug is rubbing against your anatomy in a pleasurable way.
- Use an external vibrator, such as a wand or bullet vibrator on your clit or pressed against the base of the G Squeeze while its inserted. This is perfect for people who like the feeling of fullness without the in & out penetration. When it comes to pleasure, this is my favorite way to use the G Squeeze for solo play!
- Use a dildo, butt plug, or anal vibe to stimulate your anus while the G Squeeze is giving you that full pussy feeling.
Partner Play
You’ll be pleased to know that you can use the G Squeeze while engaging with a lover!
- Have your partner go down on you while the G Squeeze is inside of you, with them focusing on stimulating your clitoris. This is my favorite way to use the G Squeeze with a partner!
- Have your partner use a vibrator on you while the G Squeeze is inside of you. They can use the wand on your clit, on the base of the G Squeeze, on your anus, on your nipples… no erogenous zone is off limits to this type of combined pleasure!
- If double penetration is your thing, have the G Squeeze inserted while your partner penetrates you anally.
I don’t recommend trying double vaginal penetration while having the G Squeeze in, due to the shape of the base. They have a t shape base that will get in the way of comfort & pleasure.
G Squeeze vs Kegal Balls vs Butt Plugs
While kegal balls may have more recognition than a pussy plug, v plugs have some similar benefits:
- help strengthen pelvic floors
- act as a “warm up” before penetration
- help make sex more comfortable
- help lead to better orgasms
- reduce incontinence
Kegal balls can’t help with stretching, though, so if your goal is to stretch, you’ll want to go with the G Squeeze! Remember, stretching isn’t just for being able to take large insertions, it’s also for people who experience discomfort during penetrative sex. By warming up your muscles and stretching prior to sex, this can actually help reduce discomfort during sex!
Butt plugs could double as pussy plugs, but they weren’t made for the task. Butt plugs are designed for anal & prostrate stimulation, while pussy plugs are designed for vaginal stimulation. Cone shaped butt plugs don’t hit the right spots internally and may even poke you in uncomfortable ways! Length, shape, neck size, and base shape are all design features that factor into your pleasure and comfort. Save the butt plugs for the anal lovers and instead get yourself a pussy plug that was designed for your anatomy!
Final Thoughts on G Squeeze
At the time of writing this, the other plugs that I’ve tried are the Oxballs Honcho, Uberrime Sensi, and a mini Velvet Alley toy that wasn’t actually designed as a pussy plug but works just as well 🤭 Of those I’ve tried, the G Squeeze is by far the most comfortable for me to wear for long periods of time and has the most versatile shape.
