I’ve tried Womanizer clitoral air pulse toys before, with both the Premium ECO and the Classic 2, so I was really curious to see what makes the Premium 2 so special and why anyone would choose it over their other, similar options. Ready to find out what I’ve learned? Let’s gooooooo!
Womanizer Premium 2 Basics
The Womanizer Premium 2 is marketed as the most luxurious creation from the brand so far, going so far as to call it “the Prada of sex toys.” Like it’s predecessors before it, the Premium 2 uses “Pleasure Air Technology” to create a suction sensation around the clitoris. This particular model also boasts 14 intensity levels, Autopilot 2.0, Smart Silence, an IPX7 waterproof submersible rating, and a runtime of 240 minutes. Inside the box is an extra stimulator head of a different size, a storage pouch, quick start guide, safety instructions, and a charging cable.
The device is made with body-safe silicone and ABS plastic. It weighs 141.4g / 4.98oz, and measures 155mm x 50 mm x 35 mm, or 6.1″ x 1.96″ x 1.37″. There are 6 color options available: Raspberry, Bordeaux, Blueberry, Black, Lilac, and Warm Gray. Mine is black, matching with the theme of the gift set it came in. Just as a refresher and/or for those who don’t know, but Womanizer’s Pleasure Air Technology is not true suction. Instead, it pulses air around the clitoris which creates a sensation similar to suction. If you’re looking for actual suction, this is not the toy for you. But if you’re looking for a more gentle alternative, Womanizer toys may be a good option for you!
How to Use the Womanizer Premium 2
After you’ve fully charged the vibrator and washed it, grab some of your favorite water based lubricant and get ready for pleasure! Using the power button located on the handle, opposite end and side as the nozzle, press and hold for 2 seconds to feel the device power on. Then, using the +/- buttons located further up the handle, adjust your intensity until you find the right one for you. I recommend starting low and increasing as needed!
To use Autopilot, press & hold the button located between the power button and – button to turn the feature on or off. A quick press of the same button will change the Autopilot mode. Autopilot mode includes 3 intensity ranges: soft mode with intensities 1-6, medium mode with intensities 6-11, and intense mode with levels 9-14. The LED lights located below the power button will indicate which Autopilot mode is active, with 1 light being the soft mode and all 3 lights being the intense mode.
Apply a small amount of lubricant to the nozzle of the toy after you’ve turned it on, then using one hand, spread your labia open until your clitoris is exposed and easily accessed. The nozzle should wrap around your clitoris, without any direct contact. If you have direct contact, you may wish to use a larger nozzle head to avoid any potential discomfort.
Smart Silence is turned on by default, and if you would like to turn the feature off, press and hold both the + & – buttons for 2 seconds.
Care Instructions for Womanizer Premium 2
The very first thing you should do after opening up the packaging for the Womanizer Premium 2 is charge that baby up! Using the included USB cord, plug the cord into a charging block or USB port, then attach the opposite end to the magnetic charging port on the handle of the device. The charging port is located below the power button, and looks like two small round metal dots. While the device is charging, the lights above the charging port will flash to indicate battery level. Once fully charged, all three lights will glow steadily.
The second most important thing to do after opening the device is to give it a thorough wash beforehand! Washing your sex toys both before and after use is a really important step to making sure your toys are clean and safe to use. You can use any unscented, antibacterial soap that does not contain silicone, or you can use a specialized toy cleaner if you prefer. Since the device is motorized, you should not run it through the dishwasher nor should you boil the device. However, if you need to give the nozzle itself a deeper clean, you can disconnect the nozzle from the body of the device and boil that in water or soak it in a 1 part bleach, 10 parts water. Just don’t boil bleach, ok?
One last thing regarding caring for your Premium 2: make sure you let it thoroughly dry before you put it in the storage bag for safe keeping!

My Experiences with Womanizer Premium 2
Having tried two other models from Womanizer in the past, my expectations for the Premium 2 were pretty high. On paper, I was impressed by the intensities and runtime (not realizing at the time that the ECO shares the same runtime). I wasn’t so sure about Autopilot, as I’ve tried toys with auto settings before and just have not enjoyed them (I’m looking at you, LELO Sona Cruise), but I was willing to give it a go for this review.
Autopilot was an interesting feature for me. Normally, I start on the lowest setting and increase the intensity as needed. Instead, Autopilot 2.0 did this for me, peaking after a few minutes of build up. I found it fine, but I didn’t end up using the feature with any sort of regularity after I’d tested it a couple times for this review.
One of the features from the Classic 2 that I ended up really missing with the Premium 2 was the Afterglow feature. The Afterglow feature was a one click button that would immediately lower the intensity to the lowest setting with a quick push. Sometimes, I want to reach orgasm, slow down and then rebuild myself back up for another orgasm!
Speaking of orgasms, holy moly did I repeatedly cum every time I used the Premium 2. Sometimes, I was cumming in a matter of moments rather than minutes. I knew it would be powerful, I knew it would make me orgasm, but I was not expecting how quickly it would do the job. It was fast. Really fast. My Final Thoughts on Womanizer Premium 2
I am overall really impressed with the Premium 2 by Womanizer. This model is an upgrade compared to the Classic 2 and the ECO, but I wish it had that Afterglow feature. I appreciate the wider range of intensities and the 4 hour long battery life. Really, I only have one gripe, and it’s not really about the device itself…
The thing about most Womanizer clitoral air pulse toys, is once you have one, you really don’t need a new one until it dies. I already have the Premium ECO and the Classic 2, and since I’m being real with you: I really didn’t need a third one. The other two still work and they both get regular use, so having a third option just feels redundant and unnecessary. Though, to be fair, I was hoping to receive the We-Vibe 15 Year Anniversary Collection, which does not have a Womanizer air pulse toy in it. However, the set was out of stock at the time, so this was proposed as the backup.
With that aside, I think the Womanizer Premium 2 is for anyone of any experience level, thanks to the wide range of intensities. It’s a well made toy, it feels luxurious in the hand, it does its job and it does it well.
