VVD RiderGo Rabbit Vibrator Review   New!

I feel really lucky right now, because I get to share another interesting new vibrator with you! This week, it’s the RiderGo pink rabbit vibrator from VVD, and ya’ll. This is a really cool idea. A rabbit vibrator handle that you can switch out the internal stimulator attachments on? 🤯 I was instantly intrigued.

Last year, I reviewed VVD’s saddle style vibrator, which came with 3 different attachments for internal stimulation. Those attachments work with this vibrator! When VVD reached out to me again to review this vibrator, I was so excited by the concept that I quickly agreed without doing any research or reading. The idea of a rabbit vibrator that I could use different shafts on anytime? And comes with a new, 4th attachment shaft?

Let’s fuckin’ gooooooooo!

Meet RiderGo by VVD

RiderGo, a hot pink g-spot rabbit vibrator, is the latest launch from VVD. Unlike your average rabbit vibe, the g-spot finger vibrator can have the internal stimulator switch out, with magnetic connection points on the bottom of each attachment then connect to the handle itself. The attachment has a few rows of ripples on each side of the shaft, giving a slight amount of extra stimulation. The vibrator is coated with body-safe silicone and is rechargeable with an IPX7 waterproof submersible rating and a travel lock.

The vibrator has 3 button control, with a motor in the handle to control the clitoral stimulator while a motor lies in each of the detachable internal stimulators. RiderGo’s included internal stimulator is a finger vibrator with a “come-hither” motion for delicious g-spot stimulation. The vibrator has 6 g-spot fingering modes, 7 vibrating modes, and heats to a warm 42C /107.6F temperature.

The dimensions of the vibrator, including attachment, are:

  • Total Length: 8.27″ / 21cm
  • Useable Length: 4.33″ / 10.998cm
  • Diameter: 1.38″ / 3.505cm
  • Weight: 8.113oz / 230g

Caring For & Charging VVD RiderGo Rabbit Vibrator

Upon arrival, it’s important to always charge up your vibrators before use. Plug the included USB cord into a charging block or USB port and then open the flap located at the bottom of the handle to plug the USB-C cord into the device. The lights will flash while charging, then turn steady once the vibrator is fully charged. Charging takes about 1.5 hours, with a runtime of about 45 minutes, depending on intensities.

Thanks to the waterproof submersible IPX7 rating, cleaning the RiderGo is also really easy! Wash the device with warm water and an unscented, anti-bacterial soap. I recommend removing the attachment to wash, that way you can clean it and the attachment basin thoroughly. To remove the attachment, simply give it a firm pull out of the handle. After your toy is thoroughly washed, allow it to dry before storing it.

If you are a squirter or gusher, my contact over at VVD recommends thoroughly cleaning the magnetic connectors after each use. I recommend using a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to gently clean the small magnets. Do not push down on the magnets.

How to Use VVD RiderGo

Now that you’ve got your VVD RiderGo vibrator all charged up and cleaned, it’s ready for action! Using your preferred water based lube, apply lube to the g-spot & clitoral stimulators and your anatomy, then insert the internal head into yourself. A single press of the top button will power on the device. The middle button controls the attachment modes and the bottom button controls the handle vibration modes. Use the middle and bottom buttons to cycle through each of their respective modes. A quick press of the top button will turn the device off, so be careful not to accidentally do a quick press of the top button while you’re using the vibrator!

Switching out the attachment heads is quite easy. Firmly pull the attachment away from the handle, then slide your preferred attachment into place, making sure the connection seams line-up. When sliding a new attachment onto the handle, it should slide in easily without resistance.

About The Attachments for VVD RiderGo and Rider Desire

After having well over a month of testing the VVD Official RiderGo, I feel like I’ve gotten to know this rabbit vibrator really well. I’ve had so much fun experimenting with the four different attachments, as each of them provide a different sensation and form of stimulation:

  • The new and included attachment head has an orgasmic “come-hither” motion that hits my g-spot
  • A semi-phallic attachment with ridges that vibrates
  • A thrusting attachment that has a sort of infinity symbol pattern on it
  • A tapper that taps in two different directions

RiderGo isn’t my first vibrator sex toy that comes with interchangeable parts, but it is the first rabbit style vibe in my collection that allows me to switch out the shaft anytime I want. While testing the VVD RiderGo, I did use all 4 of the attachments, though I tried to focus most of my attention on the included g-spot shaft, as it is the only one that is included. The other 3 attachments are only available with purchase of the VVD saddle Rider Desire.

If I were a customer, I would be frustrated to find out that the other 3 attachments are not available for individual purchase. This is something that I do hope VVD will change in the future, or at least sell a set of additional attachments that are compatible with both the RiderGo and Rider Desire. As is, I don’t love that you have to purchase the Rider Desire just to get additional attachment heads for RiderGo. Not everyone has the funds for that, nor storage space.

It does seem like the two products, RiderGo and Rider Desire, are intended to be purchased together so that users can use all 4 attachments on both bases. VVD does also offer a package deal with both the RiderGo and Rider Desire, lowering the price from $286 down to $248.

Ok But What Do I Really Think About RiderGo by VVD?

I had a worry in mind: What if I accidentally pull an attachment off during use? Seeing as the attachments are magnetically connected, I didn’t know if I’d experience any resistance when pulling the attachments out of the handle. I am pleased to share, dear readers, that this only happened once in the many times that I tested the RiderGo. It happened during a particularly powerful orgasm when I hit the point of “too much” overstimulation and had the immediate need to stop the vibrations. Because my body was still in the midst of release, my muscles were clamped down on the shaft and I ended up pulling just the handle away. Oops!

Thankfully, when this happened, nothing bad seemed to happen to the device or me! I was able to push the two parts back together, and the internal stimulator picked right back up where it left off.

I have to admit that I didn’t expect to hit that point of overstimulation when I first tried the RiderGo. Sure, I enjoyed that “come-hither” motion against my g-spot, but the first time I used the device, I thought it lacking. I’m fairly certain it was just stress or something, because I have not found it lacking ever since. I’ve achieved orgasm every single time I’ve used the RiderGo since then, so my only explanation for the first time was my body just wasn’t where I wanted it to be.

Speaking of that come-hither motion. Wowowowow. It got me gushing multiple times in a row, and I imagine if I’d pulled it out at the right time, I would have ended up with a light shower of squirt. Thankfully, I’ve got a sex blanket so that I’d not leaving a wet spot any time I gush or squirt. As someone who thoroughly enjoys having my pussy fingered, the included attachment felt like a thicker finger working my g-spot in just the right way. I absolutely love the motion, so much so that I prefer this attachment over the other 3 that come with the Rider Desire.

My favorite way position to be in while using the included attachment was on my back, which did catch me by surprise. I often prefer rabbit vibrators when I’m on my stomach, as it gives a sort of doggystyle sensation, but the come-hither motion is most effective for me when I’m on my back. If I had my knees bent and legs spread, I needed to hold the vibrator in place while orgasming, because I’d accidentally push it out. With my legs closed, or at least closer together, I was able to hold the vibrator in place with my thighs, allowing me to use the vibrator hands-free.

I prefer to use rabbit style vibrators like the RiderGo hands-free, as I don’t really enjoy the sensation of them being thrusted in and out. Thrusting a rabbit vibrator in and out makes me lose the clitoral stimulation, which slows down how quickly a toy can help me achieve orgasm. I much prefer to leave a rabbit vibe inserted to let the motors take care of business.

I like that handle has a loop on it, as it made holding the device easier for me. I’d often just slip a single finger into the loop before and during insertion to give me a bit more control as I aimed the device. The loop on the handle wasn’t entirely necessary for me, but I do think it may help some folks.

Out of curiosity, I did a test to see how well the attachments stayed on the handle by putting a finger into the loop of the handle and giving it a few shakes. The attachments stayed connected while upside-down and with some gentle upside-down shakes. When I gripped the handle and put some effort into a sort of throwing motion, the attachment did go flying off onto my bed.

When it comes to the noise level, you may be unsurprised to find out that the attachment really impacted sound levels. Without an attachment, the vibrations of the clitoral stimulator are really quiet. But the motors for the movement of the included attachment, thrusting attachment, and tapping attachment each increased the amount of noise the vibrator makes. The vibrating attachment was super quiet, and with a thick blanket over me, couldn’t be heard outside the room. The loudest attachment is the included come-hither g-spot attachment, followed by the thrusting attachment, with the tapping attachment as the second quietest of the 4. Unfortunately, all 3 were audible outside the room with the door open, even under a heavy blanket.

Pros:

  • cool idea to have interchangeable attachments for a rabbit vibrator
  • rechargeable
  • delicious come-hither motion is great for g-spot stimulation
  • made with body safe silicone & ABS plastic
  • easy to disconnect & reconnect attachments
  • handle is wide and large enough for thick thighs to hold in place for hands-free use
  • compatible with USB-C fast chargers for a shorter charging time

Cons:

  • to have all 4 attachments, you have to also purchase the Rider Desire saddle
  • loud (depending on attachment)
  • attachments need thorough cleaning immediately after use if you’re a squirter or gusher to prevent any fluids from getting in under the connector points

An Important Note for Squirters or Gushers Considering the VVD RiderGo

Things took a weird turn with the RiderGo. The included attachment stopped working with the handle. I used the device and attachment the prior evening and washed it after use, leaving it to dry in my toy drying rack. I tried popping it into the RiderDesire, and it didn’t work with the saddle vibrator either. I let my contact at VVD know, and they quickly sent me a replacement RiderGo. The old attachment didn’t work with the new handle nor the Rider Desire, so I assumed the attachment itself had some sort of isolated issue. But then the same thing happened again with the thrusting attachment. One day it was fine, the next day it wasn’t working. The other attachments continued to work in both the RiderGo and Rider Desire.

The only theory I have on this is squirting/gushing. With both attachments that have now stopped working entirely, I did gush and did find my own fluids in the basin where the attachment sits and connects to the handle. I admittedly did use the vibe until the charge ran out, so it’s possible that my fluids stayed in the basin longer than the maximum IPX7 submersion time limit of 30 minutes. My contact said that sometimes the connectors get “gunked up” so they will need proper cleaning and thorough drying before use, though I did do both and still the attachments still don’t work with either device.

VVD’s saddle Rider Desire has an IPX5 rating, meaning it’s splash-proof only, and I wonder if the attachments are also IPX5 instead of IPX7. The information on VVD’s site and in the manual both give a blanket rating. Perhaps it’s the just handle of the RiderGo that has earned the IPX7 rating? I don’t know this for sure, and I am purely speculating with this theory.

Through all of this, I want to share that VVD’s customer service was very professional, and I could see their willingness to go above and beyond to make things right. My contact with the company said she’d not seen or heard of this issue before, so there is a possibility that I’ve pushed the device beyond its limits in my testing.

My Final Thoughts on VVD RiderGo

I love the idea of a rabbit vibrator with different attachment heads that each provide a different type of stimulation, but the execution isn’t perfect. VVD’s RiderGo is a really fun rabbit vibrator and I really enjoy the come-hither motion of the included, new attachment. I’d love to see the other 3 attachments available for separate purchase outside of the Rider Desire, and if my theory is correct, the attachments aren’t ideal for fellow squirters or gushers. Despite that though, I am impressed with VVD’s handling of, well, everything really. They were professional and quick to offer both suggestions for further trouble shooting the attachment and getting a replacement out to me.

Overall, I’d recommend the RiderGo for anyone who already has a Rider Desire or thinks they may want one in the future. If you’re a squirter or gusher, you may want to skip this one for now unless you’re willing to be quick and diligent with cleaning, not allowing your bodily fluids to sit longer than 30 minutes. I think the price ($71) is fair, though I do have a coupon code to help lower the price!
