How to Care for Solina Toys

You won’t need to do deep cleans often, however if you’re sharing with a friend or selling a toy or you used a silicone or oil lube and the surface of your toy feels more tacky then normal, you can use one of these options:

• soak in a 1 part bleach/10 parts water mixture for up to 10 minutes
• run through the dishwasher without detergent

So What Makes Solina Maxima Different from Maxima XXL?

Ok, so size is the biggest and most noticeable difference between the two dildo models. You’ve already seen the sizes and color options and pricing earlier in this post, so you know those are different too.

In my opinion there is one difference that makes a world of difference on-camera specifically: Maxima XXL has more realistic detailing than Maxima… more realistic veins, skin lines, and tiny details of both color and texture. The models themselves are basically the same, down to the vein placement. However, in scaling up the model, Solina Toys was able to add additional details that are visually enhanced. Those details also have new texture that Maxima does not have. If you’re someone who is very sensitive to textures, you may notice the differences in texture detail between Maxima and Maxima XXL.

Another difference between them is the thickness of the outer layer of silicone. Without cutting the dildos open to measure, I can’t tell you exactly how much silicone is between the core and the exterior of the dildo. The core of the Solina Toys Maxima feels close to the exterior. There’s squish to the exterior layer, but not nearly as much compared to how much squish Maxima XXL has.

My Experiences with Solina Maxima

Since Maxima came out months and months ago, I’ve had a lot more time with the smaller model than I’ve had with the larger, Maxima XXL. It seems fitting that I share my experiences with it first! When Maxima first arrived with Prima and Spotta from Solina Toys, I thought to myself “wow, that’s a thick dick!” Maxima’s diameter is 0.2″ / 0.5cm bigger than Spotta, and 0.4″ / 1cm bigger than Prima. When it comes to diameter, even half a centimeter makes a big difference!

Cassie was actually the first of us to try Maxima, surprisingly. For those who haven’t been here long, Cassie, my wife, is a size queen. When I tried Maxima, I was met by a delicious coronal ridge that caressed my pussy with pleasure. Using it with the balls at a downward angle, shallow strokes with Maxima were amazing for g-spot stimulation. I could use the dildo hands-free pretty easily as well, thanks to my thick thighs. With the base of the dildo squeezed between my thighs, I could hold Maxima in place while my hips rocked up and down or side to side, as I used a bullet vibrator or magic wand against my clitoris.

One of the things I appreciate most about Maxima’s design is the swell of girth on the top half of the shaft. As I mentioned earlier, it’s not a huge change in girth, but it was just enough that it was noticeable and still gave me that feeling of fullness that I love.

Until Solina Maxima XXL Came Along…

My wife got her wish with a larger version of Maxima! And whoooo boy, let me tell ya… she’s one happy bottom! Much like Solina Toys Maxima, Cassie was the first of us to try Maxima XXL. This time, her first impressions are not her only impressions! Cassie has asked me to use Maxima XXL on her multiple times now, and each time I’m happy to oblige.

Maxima XXL can and does fit into the same harnesses as its smaller predecessor, however it’s much heavier. It was too heavy for me to use in the RodeoH jock-strap harnesses I have, but admittedly, those are the loosest fitting harnesses I have so it was already taking a risk pairing the two together. The Ouch! by Shots strap-on panty harness with open back, however, has a tighter fit that allowed me to still have a similar open butt look, while still not having to pull my harness up every few minutes. Some of my tighter fitting RodeoH harnesses work well with Maxima XXL, as does my Regal Duchess harness by CalExotics.

Me, on the other hand… well, I required a bit of warming up before I was able to take Maxima XXL. It’s a big dick, ya’ll! But, I did it. Multiple times over, in fact. Warming up is part of the fun, and when I’d start small and work my way up to Maxima XXL, I was able to partially take the dildo. It was a challenge to take it to the hilt, but I found myself able to do so with enough warm up and lube! It was easiest for me to hilt it when I was riding the dildo, and hardest for me to hilt it when I was on my back.

The stretch that Maxima XXL gave me? Wow. I felt stretched to the limit every single time. The girth of the ultra realistic dildo is a lot for me. Not in a painful way, but in a “wow, I can really feel the stretch” way. Talk about filling!

Prior to one of my test runs with Maxima XXL, I had the idea of using Puzzle grinder first. My theory was that because Puzzle’s head had worked so well warming me up for penetration before, I’d be able to take Solina Maxima XXL without any penetration prior. As I worked myself up, preparing my body for this huge super realistic dildo, I questioned my own sanity. I haven’t been doing a lot of large insertions recently, and there I was, lying in bed preparing to push my hole to the limits without stretching first…

And let’s just say that wasn’t the worst idea I’ve ever had, but it certainly wasn’t enough for me to take much of Maxima XXL’s length mostly due to the girth. I was warmed up really well, though as I inserted the head into my hole, it was then that I felt the “oh no, I think this is too much” type of burn from stretching open. I only managed to get about 1/4 of the insertable length into myself. For me, it became clear that stretching was the key to taking Maxima XXL comfortably!

Which Solina Maxima Dildo Should You Get?

I can’t answer that for you. But I can tell you that there is a significant difference in size between the two, so you should only get the Solina Toys Maxima XXL if you know you’re able to take the girth or if you’re able to take something close in size and are looking to size up (or down) comfortably.
