When I read “Mini power tool” on the Peepshow Toys website for the Orion Petite Wand, I was intrigued though skeptical. It’s cute, it’s a beautiful color, and a mini power tool? That’s a pretty big claim, so I needed to find out for myself how it holds up to that claim. I’ve seen a lot of interesting marketing claims about sex toys, but I’ve never seen a sex toy marketed as a “mini power tool,” and let me tell ya… I was weary at first, until I started using it.

Meet the Orion Petite Wand
How Orion packed this much power into a 5.7″/14.5cm long vibrator is beyond me. The Petite Wand has 3 steady speeds and 7 patterns, all of which are intense. It’s bullet vibrator length, though thicker with a 1.4″/3.6cm wide head, but so much more powerful than any bullet vibrator I’ve tried. It’s got a single button control, is water-resistant, and rechargeable. It’s made with body-safe silicone and ABS plastic accents on the button and just below the neck.
The handle fits in the palm of my hand quite comfortably. It’s 4.88″/12.4cm long with a rounded tip. On either side of the handle are 3 curved ridges that I found helpful for better grip if I had lubricant on my hands. The vibrator is available in blue or green from Peepshow Toys, though there’s also a wine purple-y color available elsewhere.
When it comes to the type of vibrations, this isn’t rumbly, but it’s a different kind of buzzy than most buzzy vibrators. They’re deeper than typical buzzy vibrations. And they’re powerful, like really, really powerful. I am shocked at how powerful this tiny vibrator is!

Caring for The Petite Wand
The Petite Wand by Orion will arrive with a partial charge, and you should allow the vibrator to fully charge before the first use. Included in the box is a USB magnetic charging cord – plug the USB end in then attach the magnetic end of the cord to the back of the vibrator on the charging port. The light above the button on the handle will flash while charging, then go steady once the device is fully charged. Charging should take about 2 hours, and give ~90 minutes of use per charge.
This vibrator isn’t waterproof submersible, but it is water-resistant. You can wash it with warm water & gentle, unscented soap, giving it a rinse and allowing it to dry completely before use. You can pat dry with a clean microfiber cloth or just leave it to air dry.
How to Use the Petite Wand
Using this vibrator is super easy. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off. A quick press of the button will cycle through the 10 vibration patterns. You can use the You2Toys Petite Wand on any external erogenous zones, including nipples, clitoris, perineum, penis glans, or anywhere else you’d like!
My Experiences with Orion Petite Wand
Wow, just plain wow. The You2Toys/Orion Petite Wand is not only beautiful but insanely powerful. Before I got used to the intensity, even on the lowest steady speed, I had to use the Petite Wand over a pair of panties. The deep vibrations were very overstimulating, but what did I expect from a “mini power tool?” Hell, even the front of the box says “mind blowing vibration,” and they are absolutely right! My body felt like I was going to explode immediately with pleasure.
I’ve been trying to find more pleasure with partners using vibrators on me recently, which has been going really well. Yet, this mini power tool is made with soft, smooth silicone, the ABS accents make it look more luxurious, it’s got a nice weight to it, the German-made motors are top tier, and it’s seriously a super powered vibrator. I’m quite impressed!
Plus, the color?! The green is such a sexier color compared to the Your New Favorite line of vibrators.
Really, the biggest issues I have with the Orion Petite Wand is that it heats up a lot during extended use and the vibrations do travel to the handle. The head feels warmer, the handle feels warmer. The packaging said that vibrations stay in the head rather than traveling down the handle, but I would disagree with that. It’s not terrible, but I did end up with vibrator fingers after using it.
The Verdict on You2Toys Petite Wand
All there is to say about the Orion/You2Toys Petite Wand is that it’s super powerful, body-safe, and perfectly travel sized. There are no frills, but there are plenty of thrills. This tiny wand is not for the faint of heart, beginners, or those who get overstimulated really quickly, but it is great for those who are looking for a small toy with really great motors.
Peepshow Toys has the vibrator listed for $72.33, but they occasionally list it for sale at $47.99, which is a stellar price for such a powerful toy. They carry it in blue and green, and personally, I think the green is much more beautiful!
