Perhaps one of the most iconic sex toys of all time, the nJoy Pure Wand is known for helping vulva having people achieve their squirting dreams. I’ve used the wand both on and off camera for years, but always ones that belonged to friends, lovers, or costars of mine. Finally, at least 10 years after my first time using the Pure Wand, I own one.
Finally!!
I think Cassie jumped for joy when I opened the shipping box and pulled the nJoy box out. She’d never tried one before, and I was ready to show her the way. Before we get to those juicy details, let me introduce you!

Meet the nJoy Pure Wand
Made with medical grade stainless steel, the nJoy Pure Wand is a curved toy with bulbs on each end. One bulb is small, measuring in at 1″ / 2.54cm, while the other bulb is larger at 1.5″ / 3.81cm. The bulbs are approximately 8″ / 20.32cm end to end, or 10″ / 25.4cm along the curve. Stainless steel is a rigid material that retains temperature really well, making it a fantastic toy for temperature play. The same firmness is what also makes this toy so good for both g-spot and prostate stimulation!
Stainless steel is a great material for sex toys, as it’s completely nonporous. It doesn’t retain odors, incredibly easy to clean and sanitize, it’s super smooth, hypoallergenic, and it’s safe to use with any type of lube. Steel is a heavier material, and the Pure Wand weighs of 1.5lb / 680g. The dildo will last a lifetime, as long as you’re not using any abrasive materials or chemicals on the dildo.
I’m not going to dedicated a whole section to care instructions, because the Pure Wand doesn’t require any special considerations. It’s medical grade stainless steel, so as long as you’re not using anything abrasive against it, you’re not going to damage the toy. Any and every body-safe lubricant is safe to use with this dildo, so go crazy with your silicone lubes, your oil lubes, your water-based lubes, whatever.

Packaging wise, the nJoy Pure Wand arrives in a heavy-duty box that is perfect for gift giving. It’s satin-lined inside, with an insert underneath that helps keep the wand in place. It’s almost like the gift box that you get from a jeweler when buying a nice necklace! The same level of luxury that is sure to make the person opening the box feel special.
Pros:
- Medical grade stainless steel is body-safe
- Safe to use with any lubricants
- Easy to clean
- Great for g-spot or prostate stimulation
- Can help people learn how to squirt
- The box it comes in is a great storage box
Cons:
- Pricey af
- Not the most comfortable or easiest to hold for those with grip issues, short arms, or other physical limitations

The Juicy Details of the Pure Wand
So, as I mentioned earlier, I’ve used the nJoy Pure Wand for years. I think the first time I used the model was with a lesbian lover of mine at least a decade ago. She used it on me and my body wanted to explode with pleasure! I knew I needed one, but instead of buying the Pure Wand, I bought a Pipedream Metal Worx Slim Fave. I don’t regret the purchase, but if I had to make the decision between the two again, I’d opt for the Pure Wand.
Since that first time, I’ve used the dildo any time I’ve had an opportunity to do so. As soon as I see it in a lover’s collection, it’s the dildo I want used on me (or one of them, at least). I can’t even count the number of times I’ve used somebody else’s Pure Wand or used one on someone else! Even without owning one until recently, the Pure Wand has played a part of my sex life for years.
As I mentioned earlier, when the nJoy Pure Wand first arrived at our house, Cassie was over the moon excited. As soon as we were able, I used the dildo on Cassie for her very first time. As the size queen that she is, she took one look at the small bulb and said “nah,” demanding the larger bulb. I had a pretty good idea of how she’d enjoy it but I wasn’t quite prepared for just how much Cassie would love the stainless steel dildo.

Cassie went crazy. As I was using the dildo on her prostate, I watched as her face went through a range of expressions of pleasure. I witnessed her barely able to speak once I was hitting just the right spot. I watched as she squirted from the intense & firm p-spot stimulation, covering herself and our sex blanket in squirt. And it’s been like that every single time I use the prostate dildo on her! I think it’s the smallest and thinnest dildo in our collection that Cassie has ever requested I use on her, multiple times over.
It wasn’t until the Pure Wand was in our collection that I got to use the dildo on myself though! Sure, having it used on me is fantastic, but there’s something quite different about using a dildo on yourself vs having someone else use it on you. Using it on myself? Well, honestly, there was a learning curve. I tried with the small bulb, which I’ve squirted with before, but I couldn’t quite get it. So then the large bulb, and again the same results. It took several times of using the nJoy Pure Wand on myself for me to be able to squirt!
Once I started though, it was like the flood gates opened.
I couldn’t stop. Not just when using the Pure Wand, but when using almost every other dildo that had g-spot stimulation too. Vibrators that previously never made me squirt were suddenly making me put the sex blanket down for just masturbatory purposes, something I’d never done before. Perviously, I’d sometimes squirt when using g-spot dildos or if a partner hit the right spot, but it wasn’t consistent nor something I knew when to anticipate.

How to Squirt with nJoy Pure Wand
Now that I have one in my collection, I’ve started trying to learn how to better control my squirting. I’ve been a gusher for years, especially if with g-spot toys and partners who know how to hit just the right spot, but it’s something that I’ve never really know how to control or do on purpose. Squirting was always just a happy accident! But with the Pure Wand, I’m now working on training myself and my muscles to do it purposefully. My hope is that I’ll turn from a gusher to a squirter with better control over my muscles and a better understanding of my body.
For reference, I’m defining gushing as the squirt that spills out waterfall style, and squirting as the purposeful pushing of squirt that is seen in porn as more of a directed stream. As someone who works in porn, I know that not all squirting on-camera is real, but doesn’t stop me from wanting to try. I still want to be able to train my body to reach the point where I can give my viewers the impression of being in the splash zone!

So here’s the thing with using the nJoy Pure Wand to learn how to squirt: it takes time, it takes practice, it takes pelvic floor exercises. This isn’t a one shot means of squirting. Like any muscle in your body, if you want it to behave a certain way, you have to train it. It’s going to take time. It’s going to take learning your own body (or your lover’s body) to get to a point where you know exactly where to position either bulb for best results.
Not only time and practice, but it also takes hydration. Sorry to all the dehydrated babes reading this, but if you want to be able to squirt, you have to hydrate. So take a big sip of your water right now, and I’ll give you some headpats or forehead kisses (if you’d like).
Once you’re hydrated and you have time for an extended masturbation sesh, grab a towel or a sex blanket and get comfortable. With whichever bulb you prefer, insert that and locate your g-spot or p-spot. If you’re not sure where that is, no problem. Use the dildo to start fucking yourself until you find The Spot that feels like “if this spot continues getting hit, I’m going to orgasm.” That’s your button, that’s where you want to hit repeatedly. You can either continue fucking yourself with the dildo, attempting to continue hitting that spot, or you can “stir the pot” a bit with small motions that keep the bulb continuously pressing against that spot.

Now that you’ve found the spot, next comes activating the muscles to actually squirt. Everyone has a pelvic floor, it doesn’t matter what kind of genitals you’ve got! Work your spot until you feel like you’re ready to orgasm, then you’ll want to use your pelvic floor muscles. As you flex your pelvic floor muscles or kegal muscles, you want to push. It might feel like you’re about to pee as you do this, but don’t let that stop you. Some people prefer to pull a dildo out at this point, but for me and my body, I find that pulling out actually stops the water works. I’m getting more accustomed to the pulling out method, but I’m also getting more accustomed to pushing a toy out as I’m squirting.
I am someone who is able to orgasm from penetration alone, however not everyone is able to do so. Some people also benefit from using a vibrator externally to help with squirting. If you’re trying to use the Pure Wand to squirt and you’re not able to do so, try using a wand vibrator or bullet vibrator on your clitoris or the glans of your penis. Again, once you feel your orgasm building, rather than letting it wash over you, I want you to try to push it out. You’re externalizing an internal response, which is information that helped me, so I hoping it’ll help you too.
Good luck! I hope that you’re able to start squirting as you use the nJoy Pure Wand.

Final Thoughts on the nJoy Pure Wand
I think it’s fairly obvious that I’ve been a big fan of the nJoy Pure Wand for years. But what’s not obvious is if I love it so much, why didn’t I buy one for myself sooner? There’s no real reason other than I prioritized spending my money elsewhere, even when buying sex toys for myself or for my wife. Sometimes I forgot that it was a toy that I wanted to add to my collection, sometimes I wasn’t looking to spend as much. Several times, I was told by fans or friends that they’d give me one, so I held out hoping that someone would follow through.
The reality is that I should have just purchased it. It’s worth the price tag, especially since it could very well last me forever. It’s a beautiful piece and it does the intended job so well. I could have spent all this time enjoying it whenever I wanted, not just hoping that it’ll be an option for me to use on set or with a lover.
So, if you’re looking to squirt, if you love stainless steel dildos, if you want intense g-spot or p-spot stimulation, don’t wait around hoping. Get out there and buy one for yourself! You won’t regret it.
