Moondust Magic Rabbit Vibrator by Blush Review

Come-hither movement is such an underrated feature in vibrators. That’s why when I saw the Moondust Magic rabbit vibrator, I was excited to try it out. I’m a really big fan of a good come-hither g-spot stimulation and Blush did not let me down on this vibe!

The only other vibrator in my collection that has a similar come-hither “pebble” is the Ioba Toys OhMyG. The OhMyG’s pebble is larger than Moondust Magic’s, but I don’t think that Ioba Toys is even around anymore given that all their vibes are sold out and their IG link doesn’t actually send users to their website. I didn’t love the OhMyG because of the squared off shape of the shaft, but that g-spot massager was 🥵💦🥵

All that is to say that I’m very glad to see a rabbit style vibe with the same come-hither g-spot pebble.

Come-Hither and Let Me Tell You About It!

Play with Me by Blush recently added the Moondust Magic g-spot clitoral rabbit vibrator to their line up. It’s an 8 inch vibrator with a 4.5″ insertable length. It has 2 independently controlled motors, one that powers the come-hither motion and the other powers the vibrations. Moondust Magic boasts 10 vibration modes on each of the motors, 3 steady speeds and 7 patterns.

Made with body safe silicone & ABS plastic , the Play with Me Moondust Magic is waterproof submersible with a IPX7 rating. IPX7 means that the toy was tested to withstand being submerged up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes.

Blush has some of the most luxurious feeling silicone at the price point, and Moondust Magic is no exception to that. There’s minimal drag and it just feels incredible. I can just barely see a seem on the vibrator, though there is a tiny bit of texture on the shaft leading up to the g-spot massager.

Pros:

  • Body-safe silicone feels luxurious to the touch
  • Waterproof submersible
  • Come-hither g-spot stimulation is really nice
  • Flexible clitoral stimulator makes the device more accommodating to anatomies
  • 2 independently controlled motors are powerful
  • Less girthy & squared off than the Ioba Toys OhMyG

Cons:

  • Packaging indicates that there’s more flexibility than I think it deserves
  • Blush did away with a written user manual in lieu of a video manual
  • Not quiet

Care Instructions

To charge the vibrator, plug in the included USB cord to a charging brick and attach the magnets to the back of the vibrator. The buttons will light up and flash until the vibrator is fully charged, then the lights will go steady. Since Blush did away with a physical manual, the estimated charging time information is unknown. It took about 1.5 hours to charge it the first time, though it did arrive with some charge as I was able to power it on and cycle through the vibration. modes. Each charge is supposed to last for about 75 minutes of use.

Since this vibe is made with silicone, cleaning it is easy. You can wash it with a gentle, unscented anti-bacterial soap or a toy cleaner or a 10% bleach/water mixture. Because it has a motor, do not boil the device nor run it through the dishwasher!

You should use a water-based lubricant with the Moondust Magic rabbit vibrator.

My Thoughts on the Moondust Magic

First and foremost, I’m particularly annoyed that Blush did away with a physical manual in lieu of a video “manual” which doesn’t provide some important information, IMO. The video manual does not share charging time, lubricant recommendations, etc, and the text on the video may move too quickly for some people. Even if they continued using a QR code for a digital written manual, that’d still be more accessible and informative than the video manual.

The packaging indicates that there’s flexibility on the device, which is partially true. The clitoral stimulator is very flexible at the joint where it meets the shaft, which makes it more likely to fit more anatomies. The shaft itself does have some flexibility, but I wouldn’t call it a lot and it doesn’t stay in the position you put it in. I don’t think it made too much of a difference in use and it definitely does not compare to the flexibility of the NS Novelties Seduction Kaia, for example.

It’s also not that quiet. When the motor is running, it has a bit of a squeaky sound and it’s on the loud side. When I had it inserted and my thighs closed, it was much harder to hear, but still not truly quiet. For people with thinner thighs or people who keep legs open during masturbation, this is loud enough to be heard through a thin wall or doors.

Beyond that, I overall like the Play with Me Moondust Magic by Blush. The first time I used it, I laid on my back and moved my hips, rocking them as I edged myself. It didn’t take long for that come-hither motion to do the trick, even on the lowest settings. The motors are really good and I love that you can choose to have one or both going at the same time.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I really, really enjoyed the steady vibrations paired with the last of the come-hither patterns. I’m typically not a big fan of patterns and rhythms with my vibrators, but every once in a while, I’m finding exceptions to that. The combination of the strong vibrations with that come-hither pattern had me orgasming faster than I did with the steady come-hither movement!!

I’m a big fan of Blush’s silicone. I think it’s one of the things that Blush does Best. It’s silky smooth and feels luxurious to the touch. Paired with lube, I didn’t experience any drag, but even without lube, there’s very little drag. The ABS plastic on this vibe is also minimal – the outline of the oval on the back of the vibe where the magnetic charging port is, is the only place on the vibe that it exists. If they didn’t specifically say that it’s made with silicone and ABS, I wouldn’t have thought to look for it.

To further compare it to the OhMyG by Ioba Toys, the shaft of Moondust Magic is less girthy and more rounded. OhMyG had a girthy shaft, especially towards the base, that also was squared off on the front. I think the girth and the squared off shape of the OhMyG made it less appealing to people who are NOT into that full feeling at their entrance. The shafts of both vibrators are very close to being equal length. OhMyG wins in terms of quietness, though. It’s so quiet in comparison!! The pebble on the OhMyG is also a longer, oval shape whereas Moondust Magic’s pebble is very circular.

Final Thoughts on Blush’s Play With Me Moondust Magic

Though it’s not perfect, Blush’s Play with Me Moondust Magic rabbit vibrator is a good one. The silicone is great quality, the come-hither technology is orgasmic, it’s a more approachable size than the OhMyG by IobaToys, and the 2 motors are powerful. Packaging is surprisingly minimal, which is also quite nice.

I’d recommend the Moondust Magic vibrator to anyone who hasn’t tried come-hither technology like this, as well as people who are not worried about noise, and people who wanted the OhMyG but were put off by the dimensions and shape. But, if you’re looking for a quiet vibrator or a flexible vibrator, this one might not be for you.
