Delice By Blush Fleur Clitoral Stimulator Review

I’m a sucker for suckers đŸ˜† So of course I had to try Fleur from the Delice line by Blush. It promised a fluttering tongue and suction stimulation for my clit, and I couldn’t resist temptation.

Get to Know Fleur

With 10 sucking modes and 5 tongue-fluttering modes, Fleur by Blush is a barely purple clitoral stimulator made with body-safe silicone and ABS plastic. It boasts two independently controlled motors that are powered on via two buttons on the handle. Fleur is an ergonomically designed toy with a comfortable handle for easy gripping. The device is about 6″ long.

The 10 suction modes are not really patterns, but they are increasing the frequency of suction vs release. The lowest function is the slowest sucking/releasing intensity, with the speeds of both sucking & releasing increasing as you cycle through the 10 modes. With the fluttering tongue, the 5 modes are also just speed changes rather than patterns.

The device is rechargeable, with a magnetic charging port located on the bottom back of the handle. The device is splashproof, though it is not fully waterproof, so don’t use this in the bathtub! Fleur is pretty quiet, though the suction motor is louder than the fluttering tongue motor.

Pros:

  • Soft silicone nozzle is flexible & wide to accommodate more anatomies
  • Rechargeable
  • Fairly quiet
  • Ergonomic handle is really comfortable to hold
  • Independently controlled motors
  • Storage bag included

Cons:

  • Suction is fairly intense and may be too much for some users
  • Splashproof only
  • Users need to be careful not to cover the intake hole on back of device while in use

Caring For Blush Fleur

Since the Blush Fleur is splashproof only, it is important to be care with cleaning it. Using warm water and non-silicone based unscented soap, wash the lip of the device and gently clean the tongue and ridges inside the nozzle. Try to avoid getting water inside the device through the air hole on the back of the vibrator.

Make sure that you only use water-based lubricant with the Fleur. Wash before and after each use.

A USB charging cord is included in the box. Plug it into a USB port or charging base before attaching the magnetic end to the bottom back of the vibe. Charging should take about 1.5 hours and will give up to 80 minutes of run time.

How to Use Fleur by Blush

The front of Fleur has two buttons on the handle. The top button has a tongue shape and controls the fluttering tongue.  The bottom button has a tornado shape and controls the suction. Press and hold each button for 5 seconds to turn on the respective motor. The same button will cycle through the settings. The motors can run individually or simultaneously. To turn off the device, press and hold each button.

I recommend using a small amount of water based lubricant on the inside lip of the device before placing it over your clitoris. I also recommend placing it against your anatomy before you power on the suction.

When you’re using Fleur, make sure that you don’t cover the air intake hole on the back of the device. It’s located midway up the handle, and is tiny. You may not even notice it, but if you’re using the suction functions, leaving this hole open is an important part of the clit suction vibe operating correctly.

My Experiences with Fleur

I’m a bit in shock. I can’t remember the last toy that made me tap out on the lowest setting, then here comes Fleur by Blush. I tried so many times to use the suction functions on Fleur and every single time I was instantly overstimulated to the point of “I need to turn this off right now.” I’ve never experienced a suction toy having this kind of effect on me! Sure, some are boarding on overstimulating, but not that much. On my fingertips, it doesn’t even feel that intense, but my clit disagrees.

I did not run into the same overstimulation from the fluttering tongue, though. Instead, I experienced waves of pleasure rolling over me on every intensity. Though the fluttering tongue doesn’t technically have suction on its own, I found that it sort of felt like it was suctioned to my anatomy when using it. It was an intense sensation that made the fluttering tongue feel that much more intense.

At the lowest intensity, it was perfect for edging myself along to whatever erotica I was reading. Once I was ready to orgasm, a quick press of the button bumping it up to the 2nd intensity got me there quickly. I almost never needed to reach the highest two intensity levels of the fluttering tongue, because for me the first 3 were plenty.

For me, suction and air pulse toys are best used for solo play, as I don’t really love the sensation while I’m getting penetrated and I’m not a fan of other people holding suction toys on me. I did, however, try the Blush Fleur while having a dildo inside of me. I didn’t really move the toy, other than it reacting naturally to my body’s own movements. Having a feeling of fullness while using Fleur on my clit was a really pleasurable experience that I found myself enjoying over and over again. Fleur’s size does accommodate penetration, either with a dildo or with a person, if that’s your thing!

Final Thoughts on Delice By Blush Fleur

Given that I was only really able to use the fluttering tongue function of the Fleur, it’s really hard for me to say “you should go buy this toy!” Clearly Blush went above and beyond with the suction motor for the vibrator, which may make the device a good purchase for someone who likes intense suction. But it’s hard for me to justify a purchase to someone else when I couldn’t even handle using the toy’s functions myself.

At $65.99 on Blush’s website, Fleur is a well priced toy for such a powerful yet quiet motor. It’s comfortable to hold, it’s powerful, it’s rechargeable. If you are going to use both functions, I think this is a good price for the vibe.

I would recommend Fleur for people who prefer suction to air pulse toys and/or like a good amount of intensity with the suction. I would not recommend this for people who like gentle suction or are beginners. I also wouldn’t recommend it if you only want the fluttering tongue, as the price point is a bit high for only that function IMO.
